Every command the bot answers to. Prefix each with ! in channel.

!HELP: List available commands, or get help on one. Usage: !help [command]
!MEMOS: Check if you have any pending memos. Usage: !memos
!SEEN: When was a user last active? Usage: !seen <nick>
!STATUS: Give the count of phrases in the chaining database
!TELL: Leave a message for someone who's not here. Usage: !tell <nick> <message>
!UPTIME: How long has the bot been running? Usage: !uptime
!ADDQUOTE: Save a channel quote. Usage: !addquote <text>
!BOARD: Show the bulletin board of top phrases and quotes. Usage: !board
!EDITQUOTE: Edit a quote you added. Usage: !editquote <number> <new text>
!HAIKU: each utterance a / closed flower, capable of / independent life.
!LINKS: Show the index of links recorded in this channel. Usage: !links
!PHRASE: Look up a specific phrase by ID. Usage: !phrase <id>
!POLL: Run a timed multiple-choice poll. Define it in a query window, publish to a channel, members vote. Usage (query window): !poll new #channel <duration> "question" choice1 choice2 [c3] [c4] | !poll publish <id> | !poll close <id>. In channel: !poll vote <id> <n> | !poll results <id> | !poll list
